Returns Policy

At Vitaponix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free.

1. Returns and Exchanges
   • You may return any unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
   • Products must be in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. How to Initiate a Return

   • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions for returning the product.
   • Your online order will always come from the nearest retailer to your location, there for you will also receive instructions to drop off your product in person at your local hydro store 
3. Refunds
   • Refunds will be processed within 5-20 business days of receiving the returned product, this is due varying refund policies per retail outlet (each retail outlet is an independently owned company) Vitaponix handles the payments on behalf of the retail outlet
   • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
   • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
